Ingredients:
1 large knob of fresh ginger
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
3 leaves of kale
1 cup of frozen pineapples
1 cup of frozen peaches
2 Tbs hemp seeds
1 cup of water
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients, making sure to blend the ginger with the skin.
Garnish with fruit, coconut, berries, nuts, and seeds of your choice.
